I do not exactly have a story but i would like this on the web for future people to read how wrong discrimination is. I too am white but i want you to know that if i lived back when Rosa Parks was brave, i know that i would be sitting right next to her holding her hand and praying to the Lord that hopefully we can do something to end all of this hatred and violence.

Its amazing how people are so thoughtless and careless that they will be discriminating against anything not necessarily blacks but all races and even religions. But then people wonder why there is so much hatred in this world. I know there aren't laws against blacks anymore for the most part..but what about death penalty?

For one..how are you supposed to stop violence WITH violence? That only teaches people that the only way to resolve anything is through violence and that is a very horrible message to send out to these kids in the generations to come.

I may be 16 but i have very strong views and beliefs on everything! I too will do something to change this world and i hope you all will help and join. if you have any comments or just want to talk or help me come up with how i can do something to change the world then please write me at [email protected] thank you so much for listening to me.

This is a very important subject and it needs to be spoken about. Don't wait to make a change, because if you do you are only going to find that it will be too late. So get a group of people together who have the same views as you and make a difference. It doesn't matter who you are, where your from or how old you are. Actually, if you think about it, young people who try to make a change usually are looked up to and respected strongly and they get more support.

So please dont think you are too young or too old to do anything because let me tell you something you are not. I read somewhere (and this has stayed in my mind) It said, " God why is there so much hatred and violence in this world?" And the response (something to think about) was "I did do something about it...I made you!" Just really think about that and let it sink in.
