My name is Tamala and I'm 15 years old. Ever since the first time I saw Celine Dion I told my mom and dad that one day I will be on stage singing like her. She has given me the inspiration I needed to go for my dreams. My dad has always told me that anything is possible if I work hard and put my whole heart into it.

If a little girl from Canada who doesn't even speak English can overcome her language barriers, I know that I can make it. No matter how discouraging my friends are about me making it in the singing world. They say no one from Houma, Louisiana will ever make it into the singing industry.
