After years of hearing of my Aunt being in the movie Carman Jones as a little girl. I was shocked to find out how tragic her life was. Such a beautiful woman you would never think. My aunt "Helen Mcclain" maiden name "Bailey" is in the first 10-minutes of the picture when Cindy-Lu trys to enter the army baracks.

There are about 10 kids that pass by singing. She's the only girl in that group. She still tells the story of how my grandmother bought her a new dress for the movie but since the kids were suppose to be poor they tore her dress in shredded.
