I thought Thurgood Marshall was one of the geatest judges ever put on earth. What he did in the case of Brown vs. The Board of Education rocked. My class has just finished reading about the 1960's, and the thing that stood out most was the story on Thurgood Marshall.
A little girl had to take a bus 21 blocks to a segregated school, when there was a white school just 7 blocks away. To me that is the most rediculous thing I have ever heard. It was so unconstitutional. I just wish he was around when the the Plessy vs. Ferguson case happened, he would have said that the school wasn't constitutional. Us white people should have thought about what if they were the ones taking us for slavery, and made us fight for our freedom.
