A New Era
Perspective
Thurgood Marshall played an important role in American History by ending segregation. He stood up for what was right and won the Brown v. Board of Education case. Through hardships and obstacles that stood in Marshall's way, he perservered and stopped segregation in public schools! Marshall was a great leader and is still reknown for his work and succession among the Supreme Court.
