I'll never forget the traffic jam in New York City The day before the Woodstock Concert. My family was in the city visiting China Town. What would normally take you 10 minutes to get from one place to another, it took hours!!!

The cars heading upstate to the concert were all filled with long haired people (guys and girls) wearing flowered clothing and driving in cars that were totally covered with painted flowers flashing the peace sign at everyone they passed. It struck me at that young age that the world was changing fast!!
