The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad gave over forty years of his life to uplift the" Lost Found Nation of Shabazz" (Sheba), here in the Wilderness of North America, and around the world. In 1942, the Messenger petitoned for the 49th state as a homeland for his people. At the time, there were only 48 states. Alaska became the 49th state. IT IS IN THIS STATE WHOSE VERY NAME MEANS "GOD'S LAND" THAT THE 1,000 YEAR KINGDOM SHALL RISE.
